Supine Pull Ups


Cathe performs a Supine Pull on our patent pending Push pull Tower during STS - Meso #1 - Back and Triceps. This movement is a lot easier than a vertical Pull Up and will allow a person who can’t even do one vertical pull up to work their back muscles in a similar fashion. For a more advanced version just lift one leg off the ground.
