Stuart doing a Decline Tricep Extension


Stuart doing a Decline Tricep Extension during Meso #2 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. This move is more advanced and slightly more effective than a normal flat bench tricep extension. If you do this exercise with a barbell make sure you have a bench that allows you to lock your ankles and make sure you have a spotter.
