Incline Bench Fly


Cathe doing an Incline Bench Fly during Meso #2 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. In this cycle you will be using weights that are 70% to 80% of your One Rep Max and doing reps in the 8 to 12 range. This is the most common rep range for most exercisers.
